Dual power supply mode, the speed is up to 10,000 rpm under micro power supply mode. The speed is 6000 revolutions per minute under the power supply mode of 2 AAA batteries. Using the touch switch mode, the magnetic lacquer shaker.

Cautions and warnings for use.

1. lt is prohibited from using dry cell batteries with external power. lf the dry cell batteries are used with the external power source, there might be damages to the internal components of the paint mixer.The battery might leak and even explode.

2. The paint mixer has a rated voltage of 5V1A, please use a corresponding adaptor for the power supply. Do NOT use fast charger heads for phones to supply power. Using incompatible adaptor may cause the internal components to heat up and even explode.

3. lf not using the mixer for extended periods of time, please remove the battery (and disconnect the power source) to prevent the internal components from irreversible damage.

4. lf the paint mixer’s indicator lights up but the king (this might be due to the rotor coming into contact with the top cover during transportation), please turn off the paint mixer and remove all power sources. Hard press on the logo on top of the paint mixer, turn on the paint mixer and try again.

Disclaimer

All pre-order products are subject to allocation cuts. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the timestamp of each order. In the event of a second-wave allocation, any unfulfilled first-wave orders will be moved to the second-wave fulfilment accordingly.

Pre-Order Policy

Kindly note that orders will only be shipped once all items in the order have arrived and are available as in-stock. Therefore, we strongly advise against purchasing pre-orders and in-stock items together in the same order.

For example, if you purchase an in-stock item together with a pre-order item, the entire order will only be shipped once the pre-order item arrives and becomes in stock.

Similarly, if you have ordered multiple pre-order items, the order will only be shipped once the last pre-order item has arrived and is in-stock.

Refund/Exchange Policy

All products purchased online or in-store within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for other products in our store of the same value.

We do not offer refunds or exchange for the following cases:

  1. All products are not eligible for exchange as a result of courier mishandling or damage during courier services.
  2. All products are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defects or QC issues by factory. [Eg. Paint decolorisation, chip off, small dents, slight packaging damages]

    Products that are eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging without factory seals/stickers being broken or tampered with.

All pre-orders are subject to stock allocation cuts by the supplier. Deposits will be fully refunded if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, or if the supplier confirms that there will not be a second-wave allocation.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed for 48 hours, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests or amendments to the order.

In the event that a product is listed incorrectly (i.e. wrong pricing / typographical error) or an error in pricing information from us, or any error in product description, or through any form of miscommunication.

The Avid Collectors has all rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly.
