As the protagonist of this game, you'll meet Professor Laventon, who studies the ecology of Pokémon as a member of the Galaxy Expedition Team. After receiving an assignment or a request and preparing for your next excursion, you'll set out from Jubilife Village to study one of the various areas of the Hisui region. There may be certain Pokémon behaviors—or even entire species—that you witness only under the right conditions, such as during a particular time of day or in certain kinds of weather. Word has it that some Pokémon even act in ways that are unique to their species! Keep an eye on your health while out adventuring—take too much damage from wild Pokémon attacks or falling from high places and you’ll be unable to go on!

Pre-Order Policy
Kindly note that orders will only be shipped out once ALL items have arrived and are available as in-stocks. Therefore, we strongly advise against purchasing preorders and in-stocks in the same order.
Refund/Exchange Policy
All products purchased online or in-store within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for other products in our store of the same value.
We do not offer refunds or exchange for the following cases:
1) All products are not eligible for exchange as a result of courier mishandling or damage during courier services.
2) All products are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defects or QC issues by factory. [Eg. Paint decolorisation, chip off, small dents]
Products that are eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging without factory seals/stickers being broken or tampered with.
All pre-orders are subjected to stock allocation cuts by supplier. Deposit will be fully refunded if your order is unfulfilled as a result of stock shortages.
