Policy
Pre-Order Policy
Kindly note that orders will only be shipped out once ALL items have arrived and are available as in-stocks. Therefore, we strongly advise against purchasing preorders and in-stocks in the same order.
Refund/Exchange Policy
All products purchased online or in-store within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for other products in our store of the same value.
We do not offer refunds or exchange for the following cases:
1) All products are not eligible for exchange as a result of courier mishandling or damage during courier services.
2) All products are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defects or QC issues by factory. [Eg. Paint decolorisation, chip off, small dents]
Products that are eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging without factory seals/stickers being broken or tampered with.
All pre-orders are subjected to stock allocation cuts by supplier. Deposit will be fully refunded if your order is unfulfilled as a result of stock shortages.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order has been confirmed, we will not cohere to any cancellation requests or amendments to the orders.
In the event that a product is listed incorrectly (i.e. wrong pricing / typographical error) or an error in pricing information from us, or any error in product description, or through any form of miscommunication.
The Avid Collectors has all rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly.
