Kindly note that orders will only be shipped once all items in the order have arrived and are available as in-stock. Therefore, we strongly advise against purchasing pre-orders and in-stock items together in the same order.

For example, if you purchase an in-stock item together with a pre-order item, the entire order will only be shipped once the pre-order item arrives and becomes in stock.

Similarly, if you have ordered multiple pre-order items, the order will only be shipped once the last pre-order item has arrived and is in-stock.

All products purchased online or in-store within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for other products in our store of the same value.

We do not offer refunds or exchange for the following cases:

1. All products are not eligible for exchange as a result of courier mishandling or damage during courier services.
   
2. All products are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defects or QC issues by factory. [Eg. Paint decolorisation, chip off, small dents, slight packaging damages]
   
   Products that are eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging without factory seals/stickers being broken or tampered with.

All pre-orders are subject to stock allocation cuts by the supplier. Deposits will be fully refunded if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, or if the supplier confirms that there will not be a second-wave allocation.

Once an order has been confirmed for 48 hours, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests or amendments to the order. Should a customer choose to cancel a pre-order, all amounts paid will be forfeited.

In the event that a product is listed incorrectly (including but not limited to incorrect pricing, typographical errors, inaccurate product descriptions, or miscommunication), The Avid Collectors reserves the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any affected orders at our discretion.
