Amana Osaki, part of the "Alstromeria" idol group in "The IdolM@ster Shiny Colors," is joining the "30MS" (30 Minutes Sisters) figure-kit lineup from Bandai! Three interchangeable tampo-printed faces are included; she can be displayed without the hair ornament with parts replacement. The complex ornaments on the chest part of her costume are carefully divided into different parts so you can get a great result just by assembling it; the small wings on the back of the outfit are also carefully designed for easy assembly. The heart on the chest has a plastic seal to express its clear texture, and her skirt is made of a sheet with a pattern printed on it to create a wavy shape. Some parts are made of smoked clear material with glitter! The skin parts of the kit are given a matte finish to create a soft-looking, light-reflecting effect; expressive interchangeable hands are included too.

    Pre-Order Policy

    Kindly note that orders will only be shipped out once ALL items have arrived and are available as in-stocks. Therefore, we strongly advise against purchasing preorders and in-stocks in the same order.

    Refund/Exchange Policy

    All products purchased online or in-store within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for other products in our store of the same value.

    We do not offer refunds or exchange for the following cases:

    1) All products are not eligible for exchange as a result of courier mishandling or damage during courier services.

    2) All products are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defects or QC issues by factory. [Eg. Paint decolorisation, chip off, small dents]

    Products that are eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging without factory seals/stickers being broken or tampered with.

    All pre-orders are subjected to stock allocation cuts by supplier. Deposit will be fully refunded if your order is unfulfilled as a result of stock shortages.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once the order has been confirmed, we will not cohere to any cancellation requests or amendments to the orders.

    In the event that a product is listed incorrectly (i.e. wrong pricing / typographical error) or an error in pricing information from us, or any error in product description, or through any form of miscommunication.

    The Avid Collectors has all rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly.
