Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Policy
All products purchased online or in-store within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for other products in our store of the same value.

We do not offer refunds or exchange for the following cases:

1) In-Stock products are not eligible for exchange as a result of courier mishandling or damage during courier services.

2) In-Stock products are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defects or QC issues by factory. [Eg. Paint decolorisation, chip off, small dents]

Products that are eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging without factory seals/stickers being broken or tampered with.

All pre-orders are subjected to stock allocation cuts by supplier. Deposit will be fully refunded if your order is unfulfilled as a result of stock shortages.
